Shipping policy

All online orders are shipped from our U.S.-based warehouse in Ontario, CA via UPS, Fedex or USPS 


Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, from 07:00 AM to 3:30 PM, excluding national holidays. 
Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States only.
 Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days.

How much is shipping?

USA: Shipping to the USA for all orders under $39 is based on weight and starts at $4.99. Free standard shipping to the US (Mainland) for orders of $39 or more! (Exclude tax & any coupon discount)

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

After your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow some time for tracking details to update.

If you do not see the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder, or search for emails sent from suzie@sophiecompany.com.

 

Customs and Taxes

Since all orders are shipped domestically within the U.S., no customs duties, import taxes, or international fees apply.

The price paid at checkout is the final amount, and no additional charges will be incurred upon delivery.

During promotional periods or times of high demand, order processing and shipment may be slightly delayed.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

To help reduce the risk of customs delays:

  • Keep each order under $500 USD
  • Keep each order under 3 kg
  • For larger purchases, place multiple separate orders

 

Returns Related to Customs

To initiate a return, you must provide your order number. Once unopened & unused items are received and inspected at our warehouse, the return will be approved or declined based on our return policy.

Items that are used and/or damaged and deemed ineligible for a refund will not be returned to the customer.
